Rules & Regulations

1. Introduction

These Rules and Regulations apply to students, applicants, affiliated institutions, academic partners, study centres, training providers, representatives, lecturers, coordinators, and other parties engaging with programmes and services facilitated or coordinated by PSBU International (Pvt) Ltd.

By submitting an application, registering for a programme, entering into a partnership, or participating in any programme coordinated through PSBU International, the relevant individual or institution agrees to comply with these Rules and Regulations together with any programme-specific, institutional, contractual, academic, or awarding-body requirements.

PSBU International reserves the right to update these Rules and Regulations where reasonably necessary to maintain academic quality, administrative efficiency, legal compliance, institutional standards, and the integrity of its services.

2. Student Registration and Admission

1. All applicants must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information during the application and registration process.
2. Applicants must submit all required academic certificates, identification documents, photographs, transcripts, professional records, and other supporting documents requested for admission.
3. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission.
4. Admission is subject to the eligibility requirements of the relevant programme, academic partner, university, awarding institution, or professional organisation.
5. PSBU International and the relevant academic institution reserve the right to verify any document submitted by an applicant.
6. If any document or information is found to be false, altered, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete, the application or registration may be rejected or cancelled.
7. A student may be required to satisfy additional requirements before final admission is granted.
8. Admission criteria, programme structures, and academic requirements may vary between programmes and awarding institutions.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes, lectures, workshops, seminars, examinations, and academic activities as required.
• Complete assignments, projects, examinations, research activities, and other assessments within the specified deadlines.
• Maintain appropriate academic and professional conduct.
• Respect lecturers, administrative staff, fellow students, institutional partners, and other stakeholders.
• Use institutional facilities, digital platforms, learning materials, and resources responsibly.
• Maintain accurate contact information with PSBU International and the relevant partner institution.
• Regularly check official communication channels for academic and administrative notices.
• Comply with programme-specific academic regulations and policies.

Failure to comply with student responsibilities may result in academic or disciplinary action.

4. Attendance Requirements

1. Students are expected to maintain the minimum attendance level required by the relevant programme.
2. Attendance requirements may vary depending on the programme, study mode, academic institution, or awarding body.
3. Students with insufficient attendance may be:
   • Restricted from sitting examinations.
   • Required to repeat selected modules.
   • Required to complete additional academic activities.
   • Deferred to a future intake.
   • Subject to other academic actions determined by the relevant institution.
4. Online attendance may be recorded through learning management systems, live-session participation, assessment activities, login records, or other approved methods.

5. Academic Conduct

Students must maintain high standards of academic integrity.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Plagiarism.
• Cheating during examinations or assessments.
• Copying another student's work.
• Submitting work completed by another person.
• Falsifying academic records.
• Fabricating research data.
• Unauthorised collaboration.
